Thanksgiving Point Gardens

We love Thanksgiving Point during August because they have their $2.00 Tuesdays. Kenny works right next to Thanksgiving Point we picked him up from work one Tuesday and headed over to Thanksgiving Point. It was a warm day so after walking around the main building we headed inside for some ice cream. We were unaware that Thanksgiving Point had such yummy, cheep ice cream. It was great and I'm sure we'll be getting more of it in the future.

Enjoying some Ice Cream
After our ice cream we headed to the gardens. We had a lot of fun walking around and seeing all the beauty that is there. The kids enjoyed the children's garden where they got to play in a maze, climb in a bear cave, play in a stream, and climb on jungle gym. After the children's garden we headed to the main garden and walked around. It was great to just spend time with our kids walking and enjoying the gardens. Sadly I didn't take many picture because I forgot to bring the camera and the phone camera just didn't do the gardens justice. After the gardens we stopped at IKEA for dinner on the way home. It was a perfect evening.

I love this picture because Gracie is being, well Gracie.
Everyone on the climbing thing.
Adam loved the very top.
