Kids Pictures Take One

Ready to go take some pictures.

We decided in early September that it was about time we started taking the kids annual pictures.  Our camera had been acting funny and wasn't using the flash correctly so we'd been putting the pictures off.  Kenny finally figured out how to fix it so we were set to take pictures.  On the 8th we headed up to our favorite spot, Silver Lake near Brighton Ski Resort.  It was cloudy and a little chilly. We walked around a little and quickly realized we weren't going to be getting any pictures that day.  It was much colder on top the mountain than in the valley and we hadn't brought jackets. The kids were cold and it started to sprinkle shortly after we arrived.  We did get some decent test shots and we had fun playing on and climbing a rock wall. Even though we didn't get the pictures we went up to get, it was a great outing for us.
